Reactivate Your Account

We've upgraded our website to give you a smoother, faster, and more enjoyable shopping experience. If you had an account before the update, please reactivate it to sign in.

Option 1 — Reactivate via email link

  1. Check your email inbox for a message from @liz@iconicpineapple.com.
  2. Open the email and click the reactivation link. The link will guide you to reset your password and complete reactivation.

Tip: If you don't see the email in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder or any secondary inboxes (Promotions, Updates).

Option 2 — Reactivate manually (if you didn't receive an email)

  1. Visit our website and click the "My Account" icon in the top-right corner.
  2. On the login screen, enter the email address associated with your previous account, then select "Forgot Password".
  3. Check your inbox for the password reset email and follow the link to set a new password and complete reactivation.

If you still can't reactivate, contact our support team and include the email address you used previously so we can assist quickly.
